These are estimates from your own sales history, not guarantees — you decide whether to act on each one.

No. Eremi prepares a suggested message for the merchant to review. Nothing is sent to a customer without the merchant’s approval.

Just the order records you already keep — product, amount, date, and customer — from wherever you hold them: your shop, chats, dispatch confirmations, spreadsheets, or manual entry. No technical setup, and you don’t need to move off the tools you already use.
